2010 is the year to really change my ways! I've quit the fags, I'm on a diet and training for my first 10km fun run. So as I am having all this fun combating my post 30 years of age expanding waistline I thought I may as well raise money for a good cause while I am at it.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK. A quarter of all new cases of cancer diagnosed in men are prostate cancers. Worldwide, more than 670,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. The highest rates are in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Western and Northern Europe.

Survival rates for advanced prostate cancer have improved little in the past 50 years and Prostate cancer UK are determined to make improvements in this area and every pound you donate will go a long way will help them do just that.
