Dave Streets asked me if I wanted to do the Great Yorkshire Run so I said yes. I don't want to do it for no reason so I chose the charity that means the most to me, the British Heart Foundation.

 

My Dad died last year due to heart diease and required alot of treatment and advice and the British Heart Foundation played a big part in both. 

 

So other than giving stuff to their charity shops this is my way of helping out.
