As many people are aware I was involved in an accident on my mountain bike leaving me with quite serious injuries. Thanks to the quick response of mountain rescue I was evaluated on site and evacuated from the area and passed over to an ambulance team that took care of me an got me to hospital. 

I was very lucky that the team was in the area that day and I am very grateful to them.

I would like people to give money to this charity as if this was your son/daughter or even yourself in a bad way it's people that volunteer their time to saved lives that are the unsung heroes.
