As part of The Torrance Hotel's Charity of the Year partnership with Kilbryde Hospice Steve, Steve and Carlton plan to tackle The California Cycle Ride this September. The California Cycle Ride consists of six epic days in the saddle, cycling from Yosemite National Park along the Pacific Coast Highway to San Francisco. An impressive 380km in six days, ending with a breathtaking finish crossing the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, over San Francisco Bay.

South Lanarkshire desperately needs its own hospice. Currently, patients, carers and families have to travel significant distances at some of the most difficult times in their lives in order to receive specialist in-patient hospice care advice and support. That changes in 2013, when Kilbryde Hospice is built.
