This May and June, I am going to be Cycle c.8000km across the USA. The route will be a little wiggly as I try and visit friends and see some of the amazing scenery around. This is an adventure not a race, though I do intend to push it a little ;)

I first raised money for CALM back in 2014 when I ran 17,000km from Vancouver to Buenos Aires. Since then, Male Suicide has sadly been becoming more and more frequent and the when I speak to people about it, the more I realise how much it touches those close to me.
