Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In 2021 I came across a rabbit confined to a tiny hutch that was exposed to the November elements. She had no insulation to keep her warm. She hadn't been fed for weeks, and was eating her own waste for food. There was plenty of waste to eat because the hutch hadn't been cleaned for weeks and she was walking on an inch of faeces and maggots. Her water bottle was empty other than green mould and algae. She had chewed her nails off as they had grown too long. She had been roughly handled by young children and her left ear was snapped at its base.
After taking her in I found her a new home and she is now safe and healthy. But she deserved better from the very start of her life. Unfortunately, many rabbits dont get that care and aren't found in time.
I've set my self the challenge of completing a Tough Mudder Infinity in July 2023. This involves racers taking on a 15km outdoor obstacle course, stacking up as many chip-timed laps as possible in 9 hours. My aim is to break the 50km mark!
