Ipswich Half Marathon 2023 · 17 September 2023

The main purpose of AKPA is to help improve the quality of life for patients who are being treated for kidney disease at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge and its satellite dialysis units. They provide financial and welfare support for kidney patients and campaign to improve their conditions.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am one of the incredibly humbled people that have had the chance to live a normal life following a transplant. I could write and detail the events and effects, but on the 25th of July 2020 I received a kidney transplant, and unless you were told, you wouldn’t know.

Any donations will support those people at Addenbrooke’s, who do need some help. Not all are as fortunate as me.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
