We will all be taking part in RED January 2019 to raise money for Solent Mind. This means that we will be doing something active everyday from running, a morning swim, taking the bike for a spin or even going to the gym.

Solent Mind is a mental health charity in Hampshire. We are here for anyone experiencing a mental health condition. We are so excited to be part of RED January 2019, encouraging everyone to get active every day to support their mental health.
