Story

Rushton Dog Rescue is a registered charity and our dog Abi came from here. It's based in Dorset and Somerset and they are committed to saving abandoned and abused dogs on an international scale; with current projects in China (Darkness to Light) and the UK. They create happy families by rehoming thousands of dogs each year, find your new best friend and give them a forever home today!

I'm raising money for Abi's dog rescue charity because they are so amazing and are even now rescuing dogs from the China meat trade.

I've been doing bootcamp since May when I can and they signed up to this challenge and invited me. I did my first park run 5k in November so thought this would be a good step up to challenge me.

What to expect
Lots of crawling on your hands and knees and climbing up river banks and cargo netting. One lap is approximately 7km. (Please do not underestimate The Nuts Challenge course as there are over 100 obstacles and it can be very physically draining).

How long does it take to get around? Anywhere from 1 hour to 3.5 hours per 7k (1 lap). (I know which end of that estimate I'll be - as long as I finish I'll be chuffed!

Thanks :-)
