Our lovely friend & fellow Tae Kwon Do Instructor Dave Dyer, passed away on April 30th 2010 aged 48.

He was an inspiration to anyone who had the good fortune to meet him. He taught us so much, not just in the martial arts, but he was such a gentleman and made time for everyone.

We are all going to miss him dreadfully so I thought we could try to do something fairly significant, in his memory and in doing so raise money for Macmillan Cancer who were there for Dave.

We aim to run approx 80 miles around Gloucestershire, starting at Lydney - Gloucester - Tewkesbury - Cheltenham - Painswick - Stroud - Stonehouse - Frampton - Hardwicke -Quedgeley - Upton - Abbeymead & finally finishing in Hucclecote.

We have numerous willing & "unwilling" volunteers all pledging to run a distance that is out of their usual comfort zone.

They can choose to run a mile to 20 miles, the choice is theirs, providing they push theirselves!!
