It feels so surreal I’m actually writing this! On Thursday 18th June 2020 just 3 days ago, we received the most devastating news any parent wouldn’t want to hear. Our eldest, beautiful, caring, darling daughter Sadie (second on the left) was diagnosed with MND at aged 40yrs. Such a cruel disease! Sadie is the most caring, hardworking daughter you could wish for. She worked as a carer, she loved her job and showed compassion above and beyond. We had always taken for granted Sadie would be our carer one day and taken comfort from that. We as a family are fighting and doing all we can for her. We will not give up hope, we will not sit back and accept there’s no cure at the moment. We need to help find a cure.
