I am participating in completing a 28k walk in the Yorkshire Dales to raise money for a fantastic meditation centre, that is currently under construction and unable to complete due to lack of funding.

Meditation has been a large part of my life and has helped me keep focused in challenging times. 

This mediation centre will be FREE to use, not just for us but for future generations to come providing endless benefits.
