We fund research and purchase equipment to support patients and staff at the BHOC.

Story

After being inspired by London 2012 Olympics and spurred on by the fact that my dad was suffering with his 4 year battle against liver cancer, I decided as an averagly fit 33 year old  to set myself a fitness goal for 2013 .

I set myself 2 postive goals

1 = To raise money for my dads chosen charity

2= To run the Bristol Half Marothan 2013

12 months on I'm still training hard but unfortunately my dad lost his battle with cancer on 14/7/13 he had so many positive things to say about the Bristol Oncology and how they helped and supported and so like him I think this is a worthy cause

The Money raised will go towards new equipment to help treat patients with cancer or help there time spent at the centre to be more comfortable when patients are at there lowest points

If every one I know personally or have coached cricket to over the last 10 years could please just give at least £1 to my charity I know the £500 target would be smashed

Thank you for your time and generosity

Best regards

Damian Forder
