Story
Hi friends,
Some of you may not know that I have Ocular Pharyngeal Muscular Dystrophy, which in layman's terms is muscle weakness and degeneration in the eyes, throat and limbs. Because of this, I will face some challenges in the future, as there is very little that can be done at this time to combat the effects of the disease.
As part of its fundraising efforts, Muscular Dystrophy UK is organising sponsored skydives throughout the UK in the coming months. For various reasons I could never jump out of a plane! so my dear friend Adam Said has generously offered to go in my place. Adam will be making a jump over Reading on 25 February, 2017. All proceeds will go to MDUK research.
If you can afford a contribution to this endeavor, both Adam and I will be very grateful. Whatever you can give would really mean a lot.
Thanks and love,
David & Adam
