At Deloitte Muslim Network when we see an opportunity to make a positive difference, we grab it with both hands. What better (and easier!) opportunity than the Muslim Hands Winter Walk for Gaza, requiring minimum input from us by way of a 5 mile walk round a beautiful park on 25 Jan 2014, but maximum impact in terms of raising money to help the long-suffering children of Gaza.

The sorrowful story of Gaza's children is unfortunately familar to us all...

The children of Gaza have been psychologically damaged and suffer from severe health/medical issues. By raising money through this event, Muslim Hands hopes to make it possible for Gaza's children to receive psychosocial care and medical check-ups in a part of the world where access to healthcare is a luxury.

Al-Durrah Hospital's future

With your continued support we can make further improvements to the Al-Durrah Paediatric Hospital. There is still a long way to go before we reach the level of medical care the children of Gaza so badly need and deserve.
