We listen to autistic/ADHD voices to enable real understanding and change

Story

ABOUT ME: I was diagnosed with autism at a young age and I have always given myself a stigma and hated myself because of who I was and never wanted to use it as any form of crutch. Now I am starting to be more comfortable with who I am as a person and, knowing so many other autistic/ADHD people in my life, I wanted to do something to give back to others and myself.

ABOUT THE CHARITY: CAAS support, educate and empower individuals with a diagnosis of ADHD and/or autism, their families and the community. We do so through a range of services for children and young people, parents and carers, and adults. In 2016-17 we supported almost 1700 individuals on a limited budget. Your support is invaluable to us and enables us to keep on working to improve the lives of those we support.

About the charity

Centre for ADHD & Autism Support (CAAS) supports, educates and empowers ADHD/autistic individuals, their families, and the community. Through raising awareness we change perceptions, break down barriers, and create more inclusive communities. We offer over 40 different services across NW London.
