Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Edinburgh half marathon in memory of my wonderful Uncle David.  He loved the outdoors so I hope he would be proud of me getting out my running shoes come rain (mostly rain!) or shine over these last few weeks.  Until four months ago I struggled to run around the block, and now this Sunday I will run 13.1 miles in his memory.  My Uncle Dave loved nothing more than taking the mick for my lazy sofa loving ways.  The thought of the laugh this would give him has kept me going through some extremely painful training!  Saturday evening's ice bath was a particular low!
