Saving lives 24/7, 365 days a year - we all know what an amazing job the team do but this is reliant on funding and donations and as a running group we rely on these people to keep us safe if anything happens - our first emergency call . 

We decided , Me , Sam , Heather and Tessa to run the Dalesway over 3 days - this will be a test for us as it will be our first long consecutive running adventure so I’m thinking it will test our determination and our ability to keep talking for hours at a time 😂- plus all the laughable moments we hope to have and share with you along the way .
