I have been training for 9 months now, through winter spring and summer conditions.  Part of the training has included running the month blanc marathon, 43km 2500m+ vert and part of the UTMB trail 160km 8000m+ of vert. My chosen charity for this race is the Norfolk Hospice Tapping house which provides care, comfort and compassion to those in our community nearing the end of their lives and to their families and friends.  They are expanding their facilities this year and desperately need funds to complete the next stage of their plans.  They receive no or little funds from the Uk government making charitable donations all the more important. http://www.norfolkhospice.org.uk/
