On September 15th  I'll be running in memory of Damien for Body & Soul charity. 

Body & Soul is an amazing charity for people from all walks of life living with HIV and aids. Body & Soul was very close to Damien's heart and he found much solace in spending his time with the children and teens, teaching them music and how to be cool (Damien was the coolest of cool).
