Royal Parks Half Marathon 2013 · 6 October 2013 ·

St Clare Hospice is a charity providing specialist care for people living with a terminal or life limiting illness in West Essex and East Herts border. We care for patients & their families, providing physical, social, psychological & spiritual support

Story

Following on from my wife's sterling example ( Bike ride to Paris, which you can still donate to here: http://www.justgiving.com/CharliePeachey ), I've got out my old running gear (lining has perished on shorts) and agreed to do the Royal Parks Half Marathon

I'm doing the run to support the work of St. Clare's Hospice, who provide respite and palliative care for the terminally-ill.They did an amazing job providing sensitive and considerate care for my father and I'd love to raise a few bob for this excellent cause.

It will surprise none of my friends and family that this page has only gone up around a week before the big day (October 6). However, this is due to the extensive training I've undertaken (couple of runs so far) so I ask you to dig deep both for a fantastic cause and for sexy pictures of me in my running gear.
