The main reason I am taking part in the marathon for my local hospital is because a while back I took part in some training in one of the hospital units. Which a few years later helped out in a real life situation saving someone’s life as me and a friend administered CPR on a elderly guy who was having a heart attack in the street. Will never forget this day... we never expect these things to happen!  That's why knowing what to do in a serious situation can be the difference between life or death. I generally can’t thank the John Radcliffe enough for helping learn and remember what to do on that day.
