A small group of middle-aged friends, all from the seaside town of Folkestone, are attempting to cycle over 200 miles from Calais to Amsterdam in three days.

We're doing this challenge to raise much-needed funds for the Pilgrims Hospices in East Kent - wonderful places which give patients and their families comfort, dignity and heartfelt care.

The Pilgrims Hospices have cared for many loved ones over the years, so together with a group of good blokes, it felt right to challenge myself and raise a few quid for this worthy cause.
