Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I used to be an athlete, then my body broke - repeatedly - and I got old. This year I've been trying to recover some of that youthful endeavour and physical acuity on various sports fields across the East Midlands. Now this. Fifty odd miles over undulating terrain on a bike. 

The compelling reason for this pursuit is a bloody good cause. It's outlined in a far more articulate manner than I can relay on this page, but it's also something that means a great deal to my colleagues in Team Spokey Dokey. 

It is for them and their loved ones that I respectfully ask for your support - spiritually, and a little bit financially if you don't mind donating to this cause.
