1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer during their lifetime.  We will sadly probably know someone who has been or will be diagnosed in the future . So a few friends and I , who are the (don't go far or fast) Besford Cycling Group , have decided to join St Albans Football Club, on the journey of raising as much money as we can to support PROSTRATE CANCER UK.

We are joining Football to Amsterdam 2018.

Given  I've only recently started cycling, and never managed more than 49 miles in a day, I need all your help to spur me on my journey of 145 miles.
