Wow once in a lifetime - running the London marathon!  I am raising money for a amazing charity called menphys that provides services that support disabled children and young people and their families. 

This is a cause close to my heart, my daughter having Down's syndrome, we are active members of the local DS community and I have heard first hand about some the fantastic work Menphys have done to support families and children with a range of disabilities. 

I have shorter than usual notice to raise the money and train for the marathon due to getting a last minute place due to an unfortunate injury for another runner. 

Please help me hit the fundraiser target for this amazing cause.
