Story
Thank you so ,so much for your donations. From the help of you we have now raised £600! We have finished the walk which was 26 miles in the end. There were really good views on the way and Daddy and I camped for the night at a lovely campsite called Tretheake. Mummy brought our tent and things. We also helped some Germans who got lost!
With love
Daniel
I read about a boy who had raised lots of money for a charity by running round his garden. I wanted to do a sponsored event too. I chose Tear Fund because our church (St Kea) is supporting a Tear Fund project in Uganda.
The Kigezi Diocese Water and Sanitation programme provides safe water and sanitation facilities in communities. The project has already improved general health and children, mostly girls, who had previously had to fetch water can now attend school.
On 4th - 5th May I am going to walk 24 miles from St Anthony Head (near Falmouth) to Mevagissey, on the South Cornwall Coast path.
So please dig deep and donate now. You can either give through this web page or text 70070 with the message DMVT55£amount, e.g. DMVT55£20.
Thank you.
