Hey! 

I am training very hard to take part in my very first half marathon..aahh! 

The reason why I'm crazy enough to take part in a 13.1 miles of running in the humid heat by the seafront, is because i want to help raise money for Southend Mencap, where the money will go towards the children's new equipment, keeping the club running for as long as possible, for the children with learning disabilities. 

Any donation would be a huge motivation for the long hours i am training & will raise money for a brilliant cause.

I will continue to post up on how well my training is coming along.
