Once upon a time there was a family.  They didn't do a lot of excercise, but they did own bikes.  And when the Norwood Junior Cycle Ride came round in the calendar, 2 younger members of the family thought they'd have no problem making it through the 10k course - even though their mummy who was a bit older and wiser wasn't quite so sure...

Challenge is probably an understatement.  This will be a true endurance test, and we would be grateful for your support.  We will be trying to get round the course, and also to raise as much as possible to help other children and families who benefit from Norwood's amazing services.  Like many other charities, Norwood's ability to continue to offer the levels of care and intervention it does are at risk in the current financial climate.
