Hello Everyone!

 

As you may or may not know already, this is my 3rd year entering the Women's 10k all in aid of The John John Trust.

It is a very personal and extremely important charity to me as it was set up in the name and memory of John McGladrigan whom i went to school with and tragicaly died in Ghana in 2004. The trust aims to raise funds to support childrens education in Africa and beyond. It is a cause a very close to my heart hence why this is my 3rd consecutive year hoping to raise lots of money to help and i hope that you can be part of that too.

The 10k takes place on 9th May at Bellahouston Park and i can only ask that you please, please, please give whatever donation you can to sponsor me and the trust - no amount is ever too small - and that you wish me luck and support that i make it succesfully to the finish line again!
