Since my school days nearly two decades ago, I have hardly ridden a bike but Kef and their organisers have inspired me to “jump back on”, to participate in their 100km bike challenge from Milton Keynes to London.

Kef is a fantastic organisation, dedicated to offering friendship and fun to children, teens and young adults with special needs and disabilities throughout the UK. They run many programs through the year including winter and summer camps.
