This Ramadan, I will be raising money for Abu Zahra Foundation by doing a charity head shave. I want to do my bit as Abu Zahra is an important educational institute, for our community. Some of the unique features of Abu Zahra Foundation are:

- Qualified English-speaking teachers
- Successful children’s programme leading to a GCSE qualification
- Foundation-level course for students aged 11-16 designed as an introduction to the traditional Islamic Sciences
- Tarawih and Jumu’a prayers (with English khutba)

The prayer hall at Abu Zahra requires major modernisation and restoration work to be carried out. This Ramadan Abu Zahra are looking to raise £100,000 for the refurbishment fund.
