We are running the Manchester 10k as a group. Most of us have not run this far before. Many of us started out on the Couch to 5k within the last year. We’ve been training together, under the guidance of our amazing coach Vee Uye (@runandreason), and have all improved our fitness and running ability massively.

We’re raising money for the Booth Centre, a Manchester-based charity working to tackle homelessness. Homelessness increased 169% nationally between 2010 and 2018. More homeless people died in the City of Manchester last year than in any other local authority. Please help us to raise money for this important cause.
