I will be running (possibly walking/being pushed in a buggy/lying down for a bit) one mile in aid of Downright Excellent (DEX) who support children with Down's Syndrome and their families. I go to DEX on Fridays for a group speech and language therapy group and a supported play session.  Currently over 70 families across London are supported by DEX but there are many more families who could be helped and more support that could be given.  Your donation could help DEX support 'tweenies' who are making the difficult transition to secondary school or could provide support to a new family who aren't receiving any other help.
