The Stroke Association is a great charity and is the only UK wide charity solely concerned with combating stroke in people of all ages.

Although I'm not scared of heights I don't think I've been up as high as this without being in a building, or on a plane, so I am a little anxious.

Please give as much or as little as you can afford as it all adds up and goes to a wonderful cause.  Don't forget to tick the Gift Aid box if you are a UK taxpayer.
