I am proud to be a Climb Your Mountain (CYM) Trustee and the representative on this awesome trip to Kilimanjaro June 2020. This has been a personal goal of mine since my early twenties and really looking forward to it. This trip is self funded which means all money raised will go directly to the charity and be put to good use.

Climb Your Mountain (CYM) is a charity dedicated to helping people to climb their own personal mountain (Since 2008) by providing opportunities both physically and educationally so they can overcome challenges they may face in life.

The release of our latest book "A Practical Guide to Beating Depression" is available to download from Amazon but also freely available in hardcopy.
