In April 2023 I am delighted to be running the TCS London Marathon for Mencap.

With your support Mencap can help more people with a learning disability to shine. Specialist support at the right time is vital in helping people develop the essential skills and confidence to thrive and feel equal in society. 

Mencap can provide personalised support to people with a learning disability and their families. Whether that is one-to-one sessions helping parents learn to care for the specialist needs of their child or advice on how to apply for your first job. 

They will provide the support that families most need.  Mencap can only do this with the support of donations and financial support from you.

It is a fantastic charity and I am proud to be running for them.  Any donation would be much appreciated!!
