We lost Dean, my little brother, to suicide on June 18th 2006 following a battle with mental health, Between 2003 and 2013, 18,220 people with mental health problems took their own life in the UK, Suicide is still the most common cause of death for men aged 20-49 years in England and Wales so by supporting "mind" we can help to make sure nobody has to face a mental health problem alone. 

I will be cycling 100 miles from London through Surrey following the route created by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, this will be taking place on the 29th July 2018.
