I'm challenging myself to this Triathlon in order to raise money for Mary Stevens Hospice, a wonderful charity that provides specialist care to those who are unlikely to be cured of cancer. Their care is tailored to each individual patient and their loved ones. Eventhough my Mother-in-Law, Diane, was only with them a very short time they made a considerable difference to her and us at a very difficult and sad time.

Mary Stevens Hospice care is provided free of charge to all those who need it, and although the registered charity receives some funding from the Government, it relies on donations and fundraising from the local community to raise more than 80% of its £2.3 million annual running costs.
