Here we are again! Tyneside Tyrants take on Tough Mudder again. This year Daryl and Chris will be taking on TWO events, and Scott is returning from last years team. New comers Marie and Michael are ready to take on the challenge!

Alzheimer's Research is an invaluable. In my (Daryl's) experience of working in a hospital, on primarily elderly care wards, Alzheimer's is a devastating condition. I can only imagine how horrible it must be to experience constant confusion and dissorientation. Research into helping people cope and fighting this illness is the only way to to help, and we are hoping to do our part to aid the cause.
