Like absolute nutcases, 'Team Dave' are throwing sanity out of the window and attempting to make it from London to Cardiff, on foot, in just 24 short hours - through rain and wind, across roads, tracks and fields, through the night and day, and up some very steep hills! Metabolic diseases are life threatening inheritable, genetic disorders in which errors of metabolism occur.
