In December 2006, my Dad, Clive Miller, was diagnosed with multiple Myeloma .  Myeloma is cancer of the plasma cells in the bone marrow.  it is a form of Blood Cancer.

After lots of chemotherapy and stem cell treatments, Dad went into remission. Since then he's relapsed and had more treatment, but for the time being he's levelled off and back to playing golf like before!

During and after Dad's treatment, alongside my stepmother Debbie, Myeloma uk were there to support and care for him. They are a great charity whose mission is to research Myeloma, as well as to provide support to patients and those involved with them.

This is why I would like to dedicate my Bob Graham attempt; 42 Lakeland fells over 72 miles or so in under 24 hours, to my Dad, and in the process, raise a bit of money to help Myeloma KU's cause, to say thanks for their help with my Dad.
