Henley Half Triathlon

It's a bit harsh to call this event a half triathlon as I have to swim 1.9k, cycle 80k (correction - 90k!) and then run a half marathon.  So it's actually a half ironman but "ironman" is a brand so they don't call it that.

Anyway I'm raising money for Mencap as they do great work for a pretty vulnerable group in our society and they, and their carers, need supporting.  So if you can spare a few pounds that would be great.
