This year I am taking part in 3 ultra challenges in aid of Alzheimer's society, these three challenges are:

The Isle of White Challenge on the 30th April which is walking 100km round the Island in one continuous journey.

The South Coast Challenge on the 27th August which is another 100km along the coastal path on the south coast of England.

The Saharan Challenge between the 20th and 24th October which is 2 Marathons on consecutive days across the Sahara dessert.

These challenges will be hard going and very tough on body and mind but knowing the money raised will be going to a very supportive charity will get me through each of them.
