The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running in the Royal Parks Half Marathon because my daughter, Kayleigh, is on the Autistic Spectrum and I have seen first hand how difficult it is for children and adults to deal with this Spectrum Disorder.

Kayleigh has had support from Children and Adolescent Mental Health and attends a Special School, however she needs support and help going into the future, which Government agencies cannot always give. The National Autistic Society runs events and offers support to Parents and young people alike. They do this through donations alone, therefore any amount you give will help to support and care for children like my Daughter.

In order to take part in the event, I have paid a registration fee but I also need to raise a minimum of £350.00 due to the cost incurred by the Charity in entering me for the Royal Parks Half Marathon. Therefore, I have set my target at £500.00. Please help me achieve it!
