My darling son was diagnosed with a germ cell tumour in April and started treatment for a cancer with a high treatment rate, through the last 6 months he has fought the bravest fight of his 30 years but sadly on Wednesday night he succumbed to this horrendous disease and the world's light dimmed as his smile and personality was lost to us. David’s biggest love was his Bullies our first was big Whinnston who was David’s mate would do anything for him and when he crossed the bridge he cried a river. 

With much thought we decided the best for our family was to adopt from Edward foundation and in January 2017 Wreck it Ralph came into our lives it was the best decision we ever made we then got mad Mini from a friend and our bullie family was complete. David doted on these two but what they gave to him was immeasurable in his last 6 months his greatest pleasure was Ralph and Mini coming downstairs everyday, even if it used all his energy, just to sit and pet these two monkeys and the first thing he’d do when coming home from treatment was getting on to the couch and seeing his beloved bullies.

In lieu of flowers for David’s funeral and in his memory we are asking you to support our fantastic charity The Edward Foundation ( www.theedwardfoundation.co.uk)I think it would make David extremely proud to know that his memory will save and support other bullies like his Ralphy.
