Hi My name is Dave Raynes.

I have been part of the The Friendship circle for 8 years and it has changed my life around!

The Friendship Circle have given me happiness and friends. They keep me really busy, before and during Covid. 

The support that they have given me over the Covid Pandemic has been really important to me. 

They have helped me do things that I didn’t ever think I could do. Things like rock climbing and speaking in shul to introduce the Rabbi. 

We have done some brilliant trips and the day trip to wales has been my favourite.

There are so many different activities on throughout the week. I love getting creative at art club and having a tea and a chat at the weekly drop in.  The nights out in town are brilliant and the pub nights are really good fun. 

I also love the current affairs discussion groups as they give me a chance to get my voice heard. 

At the Friendship Circle they accept me for who I am and are like family to me.

They have been my best friends for many years, I love
