Hi everyone,

Me and Thomas Burhop will be running the Newport Wales Marathon on the 24th October this year in support of the charity Ask For Jake. It's a charity that helps to support those with mental health problems and aims to improve mental wellbeing. The charity was set up in memory of Jake Mcphail who was a really good mate of mine growing up and for me and Tom to push ourselves to run this marathon in his memory will mean a lot! Any donations however big or small will be greatly appreciated as it's all contributing to supporting this great charities work in future!
