Fundraising for Ataxia UK
Story
Against my better judgement John Moran convinced me to join his team for Tough Mudder South West 2015. With that we decided we should make something of it and raise money for Ataxia UK, http://www.ataxia.org.uk/.
Ataxia UK works to fund research into finding treatments and a cure for ataxia, and support people through their range of services. Ultimately working to improve treatment and care for people affected by ataxia.
People with ataxia have problems with movement, balance, and speech. Over 10,000 people in the UK have a form of ataxia. There is currently no cure but we are working to find one every day.
The event takes place in Cirencester on Sunday 23 August 2015.
I know it's a number of months away so be prepared for shameless bumping closer to the event.
