I have watched UWCB shows from the sidelines for a couple of years now, and each and every season I become more and more inspired by the amazing people that participate, for all manner of personal reasons. Each season it gets harder to watch and not be a bigger part of the shows.

So this year on March 18th at The Roundhouse Derby, I will be stepping into the ring, matched against a local guy who I have built a friendship with through the UWCB circuit. We both want to get back in the ring and both want to help towards hitting the HUGE £10M target that UWCB will have raised by the end of 2017.

Time to get fit and get into the best shape that I can be!
